    Default The Buell That Never Was

    Well they didn't get much attention when they were selling them and getting more and more attention now that they went under.

    Check this out...

    Pictured below is the Buell that never was, captured testing near Milwaukee by Road Racer X's John Hanson earlier this year, it was rumored to be a lighter, more powerful 1199cc version of the 1125R platform. It looks like a serious competitor for bikes like the Ducati 1198 and Aprilia RSV4 R.

    My heart bleeds for Erik Buell-he's a die hard racer that held on to his dream for as long as he could-they were finally making some killer bikes(1125R & 1125CR)-another victim of a crap economy and lousy corporate politics!
